Román Eguinoa San Román
Biography
Román holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona. D. in Administrative Law.
He has worked as a lawyer for the Port Authority of Barcelona, specializing in the areas of contracting and port operations, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Port 2000/Port Vell Urban Management. He was General Secretary of the Port Authority of Barcelona. He has lectured at the International University of Catalonia as a professor of Administrative Law and at the University of Barcelona in the Postgraduate course in Public Contracting.
Member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
