Paula López Noriega
Biography
Paula holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She also holds a Master's Degree in Maritime Business and Law from the Spanish Maritime Institute-ICADE.
Lawyer with more than 10 years of experience specializing in the area of administrative law. In this area she develops her advisory activity in matters of port law both in Ports of General Interest and in ports of autonomous competence. She has participated in proceedings related to port services, the concession and tariff regime, sanctioning procedures and the Administration's patrimonial liability.
She also regularly advises on coastal and public procurement matters, as well as logistics and transportation consulting.
In the procedural field, he usually carries out his defense activity before judges and courts of administrative litigation.
She is part of the faculty of the Master Shipping Business Administration and Logistics taught by Bureau Veritas Training and the Spanish Maritime Institute.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association and WISTA-WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & TRADING ASSOCIATION.
