Esther Moreno Sotelo
Biography
Esther has a degree in Law and Journalism from the CEU San Pablo University and subsequently completed a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and a Degree in International Business Law, taught by the same University.
She has extensive experience in advising on public procurement and contentious-administrative proceedings, all mainly oriented to Port Law, an area of specialization of the Firm.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
