D. in Administrative Law. <\/p>\n<p>He has worked as a lawyer for the Port Authority of Barcelona, specializing in the areas of contracting and port operations, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Port 2000\/Port Vell Urban Management. He was General Secretary of the Port Authority of Barcelona.
