Carlos Gil de las Heras
Biography
Carlos holds a law degree from the University of Valladolid and is a member of the State Bar.
He served as Deputy Director of State Ports and Member representing the General State Administration on the Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the Port Authority of Malaga, the Port Authority of A Coruña and the Port Authority of Ferrol. He has been Secretary and Legal Advisor to the Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
He has extensive experience in advising Public Administrations on Administrative Law and has participated in many proceedings before the Courts of all Jurisdictional Orders.
He has also participated in the drafting of various regulatory and normative legislative projects in the field of Ports.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
