Carlos Rodríguez-Villasante González

Biography

Carlos holds a law degree from the University of Alcalá de Henares. He holds a Diploma in Community Law from the Centro de Estudios Europeos of the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.

He is also a member of the Legal Corps of the Ministry of Defense. Diploma in Aeronautical Law (Ministry of Defense, 2011 "Public-private collaboration in the financing of aeronautical structures").

Carlos has extensive experience in the field of Public Administration, having served as legal advisor in the Navy, the Air Force and the Central Body of the Ministry of Defense, mainly in the areas of public procurement, administrative and property law. He has served as Deputy Maritime Judge of Ferrol, and of Vigo and Bilbao in extension of jurisdiction.

He has 20 years of professional experience in the field of law, both in litigation and legal advice. He has participated, for public and private entities, in relevant infrastructure and innovative public procurement projects, as well as in public-private collaboration projects, both contractual and institutional.

Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
